Archival Policy

LEGAL FRAMEWORK

In term of Regulation 30(8) of the “SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “Regulations”) require every listed Company to formulate the archival policy with regard to the disclosure to be hosted on the website of the listed entity for a minimum period of five years for all such events or information which has been disclosed to stock exchange(s) under this regulation.

In this context, the Board of Directors of Jet Knitwears Limited (“the Company) is required to formulate a policy for “archival policy” to comply with the requirements of Regulation 30(8) of the “SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “Regulations”)

The policy can be modified and or amended with the approval of the Board of Directors of Jet Knitwears Limited

Accordingly, the Board of Directors of Jet Knitwears Limited (the “Company”) has adopted this Archival Policy in its meeting of the Board held on 24th March 2017

DEFINITIONS

• A. “Board of Directors” or “Board” Board of Directors or Board shall mean the Board of Directors of Jet Knitwears Limited, as constituted from time to time.
• B. “Company” Company shall mean “Jet Knitwears Limited”.
• C. “Listing Regulations” Listing Regulations shall mean Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015(“Listing Regulations”).
• D. “Act” means the Companies Act, 2013, Rules framed there under and any amendments thereto.
• E. “Policy” or “This Policy” means, “Archival Policy”.
• F. “Regulations” means Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and any amendments thereto.

OBJECTIVE

The objective of this Policy is to comply with Regulation 30(8) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as mentioned below:

“The listed entity shall disclose on its website all such events or information which has been disclosed to stock exchange(s) under this regulation, and such disclosures shall be hosted on the website of the listed entity for a minimum period of five years and thereafter as per the archival policy of the listed entity, as disclosed on its website.”

ARCHIVAL POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of the aforesaid Regulation, the Company shall ensure that all the information shall be hosted on the Company’s website www.jetknit.com and for a period of 5 years and, thereafter shall be removed/ deleted from the website.

REVIEW OF POLICY

This Policy shall be subject to review, as may be deemed necessary and in accordance with any statutory /regulatory requirements. Any change/amendments to this Policy shall be approved by the Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Board of Directors of the company.
